 At Valley View Mutual Water Company, transparency and trust are at the heart of everything we do.  Our Board is made up of dedicated shareholders who volunteer their time to ensure decisions are  made openly, responsibly, and with the best interests of our community in mind.

 Together, this team works to keep our operations clear and accountable — from financial stewardship  to conservation planning. Their commitment helps ensure that every shareholder has confidence in  how our water company is managed.

  Meeting Notice

  • Agendas: Posted in the company office lobby at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Attendance: Monthly meetings held every second Monday of the month at 6pm in the company office, are open to the public. 

  • RSVP: To attend, please send an email ([email protected]) at least 24 hours before the meeting with:

    • Your name

    • Any questions or topics you’d like added to the agenda

  • Minutes: Official meeting minutes will be available once approved.
